Scrubber driers are powerful machines designed to thoroughly scrub hard floor surfaces and dry in one pass.  They use either roller brushes, rotating  brushes or pads to scrub cleaning fluid into the floor.  The cleaning fluid and dirt is extracted from the floor, using one or two vacuum squeegees.  Smaller scrubber driers use a collection belt.  Walk behind scrubber driers are available in either 230v, 110v, propane gas or battery power.  Ride-on scrubber driers are powered by either propane, diesel or battery.

Compact, upright, scrubber-drier providing optimal cleaning efficiency with three controls for brush drive, washing and drying operations.  This lightweight scrubber-drier features ergonomic handle, detachable detergent and recovery tanks, cable holder and twin squeegees for both forward and reverse scrubbing and drying.  Easy to store, and easy to manouevre around the home or office, between and under desks, ideal for use in small shops.  Min. working height required 200 mm.  Sound pressure 68 dB (A).

110v or 230v twin roller brush scrubber 400mm cleaning width. 
A very manouverable machine that is rectangular in shape, and operates forwards and backwards.  Powerful suction heads front and rear extract the dirt very effectively.  Adjustable brush pressure allows machine to cope with different floor surfaces and degrees of soiling.  Doubles up as a polishing machine.  The handlebars fold up to allow the machine to fit in the boot of most cars.  However, it weighs 30kg and requires lifting with care.

Propane Gas Powered Walk Behind SCRUBBER DRIER
with 16HP water-cooled Kawasaki engine, providing  838mm (33") cleaning path.  Manufactured by Pioneer Eclipse, the Z1 offers a full complement of features designed to enhance ease of use, performance and operator safety.  Propane power offers unlimited run-time with no down time for recharging batteries.  A catalytic converter "cleans" the exhaust gases resulting in safer odourless emissions, allowing the machine to be used indoors.  An onboard sensor warns the operator if emissions are excessive and if ignored, shuts the machine down.  Large capacity solution tanks (35 gallons/132 litres) require less frequent filling and emptying.  The 838mm wide cleaning path saves time and labour.  The floor is left virtually dry thanks to the Z1's hydraulic powered vacuum technology providing four times the water pick-up power of conventional battery-powered scrubbers.  Adjustable brush/pad pressure offers optimal flexibility on different floor surfaces.  Brushes/pads, vacuum and solution flow stop automatically when accelerator is released.  Squeegee raises automatically when machine goes into reverse.  Easy operation includes user-friendly controls, automatic braking, and emergency stop.

Adjustable brush pressure and large battery capacity allowing up to 4 hours operation on one charge. Excellent visibility and comfort for driver.
